MEET ABBEY

I am a teacher of 12 years with experience ranging from 2nd grade all the way to the 11th and 12th! My main instruction has been focused on ELA but throughout the years, I’ve covered math, science, social studies, financial literacy, and employment skills curriculum! I’ve taught in both public and private schools in Houston throughout the past 12 years.

I enjoy travel, trying new recipes, and doodling (obviously). When not teaching, I contribute to a Houston-based blog, create fonts, and occasionally design signs for weddings, birthdays, and other events!

I love combining creativity and teaching and hope that you will find something helpful to use in your classroom or anywhere in life.
